“This was a brutal display by the Champions over some shellshocked Pro Elves, particularly late on.
Early on after a loner Elf was badly hurt Ebron got near Santo who had the ball but the skink dodged away into the Elf half. Ebron then leapt at him but fell at Santo's feat. Barbarus then impressively killed a Fend Elf. They did strike back with a lino badly hurting mighty Superiore but that was their last great cheer. We stalled out the half and Rio Grande niggled their fast Blitzer, which their apo could do nothing about. They also had a couple ko'd who returned next half.
Second half they had 8 players to our 10. When a loner tripped up their carrier Ebron was left exposed in our half and Ultimatos took him down. Santo picked up the ball and the Ebron could only push him after dodging. With a blitzer being ko'd from a Dodge and then Ultimatos cas'ing Ebron we could turn the screw. We had another stall with rio Grande eventually being given the ball. On the way more Elves were ko'd and badly hurt, and even more injury was caused with fouling!
With a foul and block Pao, a skink, had caused 2 perms himself. Not normal skink behaviour! The couple of surviving Elves on the pitch at the end of the match go back to the dugout while their coach looks for some funds.”
