Northward we went, and met a group of professional elves, professional bloodbowlers that is! A near-fresh team, and little did they suspect, bloodbowl was our goal too. The challenge was met, and we undertook to knock them about, negate their agile plays with simple numbers.

They took the kick, and ran one in before we could do much about it, blitzing their catchers doing little to stop the inevitable re-gather and score. Fortunately, in the mean, we'd engaged them tightly, dropped the boot a few times, and had them down in numbers already! On the reply, we simply broke a path down the wing for Agron and left him to it. Hah, as if, no, careful teamwork to keep numbers in their face sheltered him across.

Our own receive, we tried the same again, their numbers reduced and shy about approaching our deep cage tactics. So we smashed into their lead with Varro providing excellent support: guarding Agron, well, until he got blitzed over by a solo effort. They made the pickup tricky, but we dropped a good few of them into the crowd along the way and at the end it was 9 vs 3 and Agron was urged across the line by the team's well-trained battle-cries.

They've been devastated. A hard lesson for a young team. Let no one stand in our way, for it's freedom we will have. Good luck to them in their future endeavours, should they find the courage to return to the field. We on to the north, humble in our pride.
