This win was for Nanna! Another game that started off poorly, with the high elves outbashing us the entire first half and getting more KOs back than we did. But we got 2 bribes and started the 2nd half with 11. Was able to grind out an 8 turn score and not lose anyone else. Won the coin toss in OT, and had them outnumbered from the start. That was pretty much game there, though I did leave the ballcarrier exposed a time or two. Fortunately they had our dice from the 1st half and couldn't capitalize on the opportunities.
Next up, orcs. And more inducements. Doesn't look like elves are making it out of this qualifier.”
