“Well, cripes: there I was anticipating going down to a rugby score after another game of tag with the Elves, but the clobbering I gave them in the first half took its toll and left them unable to really contest the latter stages of the game (an ill-timed foul did not help their cause), and they let themselves get boxed in and throttled by a wall of dead bodies. An attempt to grab the ball and make a break for it went awry and it was fairly straightforward to run in the winner. One of my more competent performances, I think.”
