The Tauruses faced their opponents across the pitch and saw a hungry team with the motto - 'Go Big or Go Home'. Sadly for them, and happily for us, they are going to live up to that motto. Well, Charlotte and Nicole might not. The Chaos Crushers did get off to a good start with Witch's Brew on Kish and a good kick that forced us to change field before we had even started. Then the Fireball created a very precarious situation by stunning Nebullchadnezzar and Eridu. Ramush, Kish and Enzu were able to stave off disaster until Eridu could get the ball then things settled down. The Rabbit's Foot was promptly given to Nicole but did not help for long. We were able to score but lost Ramush on T8. Fortunately, he did not go down without a fight and Charlotte knew she'd been in a scrap. Ultimately, the Babe and the Bribe were good, the cards were mixed, and Hthark and Nobbla were mostly a non-factor. Hthark probably cost the Chaos Crushers the game by failing a crucial dodge on a crucial blitz to clear the lane but it was no guarantee that Mayhem Marley would have been able to evade Kish and friends in the backfield. Still, that turnover left Marley wide open to a counter attack and the Tauruses took full advantage. Enmerkaurochs recovered the ball and sealed the victory.

All in all, an unpredictable game in the 1st half that settled down as the inducements got used up. These kinds of games are always a challenge if the inducements work and I've lost my fair share of them. I was happy to hang onto the win in this one and only lose Ramush. Never did use my apothecary, but I don't regret it. Thanks for the game, The_Demon, and good luck with the team. If Badlands ever starts back up again I'll let you know.
