“This match started off on an optimistic note, and then by the beginning of the second turn we were down three players. It was only through some solid defensive plays and favorable die that we managed to hold off the halflings from scoring. The second half was all about doing our best to stall, which we did, even though one of their blitzing trees kept coming after us.

It turns out that halflings are rather dangerous.

“Things were going rather well for Breaking. The Tree's (and some sneaky stamps) had Hop on the retreat, but the slimey Slann jumped into their Tree-led cage right near the end of the first half. Tom and Jonny couldn't topple the Linefrog who held onto the ball for dear life. Half Time: 0-0. Beautiful D from the ugly frogs.

The second half was a lesson in stalling. Breaking Fast hardly got close to the ball carrier.
