1st half went as expected. The Dwaves get the ball to Speed Racer who trots in for a TD, then the Chaos team marches slowly up the pitch and scores on turn 8 with little problems. One 'win' for me was that Big Rick III got his 1st ever casualty on a CW with MB. 1-1 at half, both teams still with 11 players.

2nd half was a bit more off script. Chaos received the kick and feinted one way, then tried to reverse pitch when I managed to block them up there apparently. Speed Racer was able to use his 'agility' (well, Break tackle) to good use and break the ball free. Then Tristan gets in to the ball and tries to punt it away, but fumbles it...to Speed Racer. Racer survives a block and a blitz then manages to again dodge away and sprint down field. at this point, turn 4 (5 for Chaos maybe), Satanic Majesties give up. They don't move another player or even stand them up until turn 8. Speed Racer gets to the GL and stalls, while the rest of the team works on getting the rest of the players down and then fouling them. I know this wasn't fun for ianuk77 and it isn't something I do often. Plus the refs caught 3 of the 4 fouls I did during this time, so they weren't happy with me either. I've often been in ianuk's shoes here--but why score until you have to when the other team is broken. I could have not fouled...but 2 of the 4 fouls were on Kakag, his B/MB/Cl/PO beast..and even though I wan't one, (or 10) myself, can't see given up on the opportunity to kick one when he's down ;)

anyway, finally get another guard, as Treygar celbrates the MVP.
