“This was an insane game! Heavily dice dominated, but fun.

The first half saw my opponent easily get the ball from me after two double skulls of mine in the same turn and a very lucky bounce of the ball. I struggled to get the ball back, but his guys suddenly started to go out of the field one by one, which in the end allowed me to steal the ball from him, and finally manage to score in turn 8. Phew!

But Nuffle wasn't done with us. In the second half, while my opponent recovered a nearly full team, my guys had forgotten their armours in the locker-room, and after a few turns it was my turn to be heavily outnumbered. Nevertheless, as my opponent was close to score, he failed a critical dodge with his catcher which let his ball carrier exposed. I blitzed but failed the gfi, allowing him to score with ease.

But wait, there is more! The next kick saw my thrower miss the pick up, while I was still largely outnumbered. This put me in a very tricky situation, I eventually managed to recover the ball but was not safe at all. And then, the golden opportunity occured : my AG4 blitzer was left alone in position to safely rush towards the endzone, with no one to threat him. All I needed to do was two 3+ dodges with my catcher, a gfi, and a short pass to him. But of course the latter failed again despite the RR, giving my opponent a very easy td... or maybe not. Two consecutive failed pick up with RR of him eventually settled the game to a tie.
