#13 Graham The Lonely – Dead (RIP)
Great Elf play all game long on both sides. Lots of TD's on both sides, and plenty of Loners injured :)

Bonus - Stuff of Legend becomes a LEGEND, and gets Block :))

Cheers for the game Stikki

#17 Graham Deeporc – Dead (RIP)
#18 Martin Silentrock – Dead (RIP)
An epic game, with way too much going on to do a blow-by-blow. Basically, wood elves were being wood elves, but with a bit of orc thrown in there as well, for the more bloodthirsty among you.

Basically, it was a score every two turns. Not much went wrong with the dice, except that in the first half The_Demon couldn't get his blocking game going, and his MB was having no effect whatsoever. Also, although he had two very capable one-turners and the kick-off result for his final turn in the first half was a quick snap, his blocking suddenly let him down most cruelly and he skulled out before he got the chance to make the pass.

In the second half things started going more his way, though. Finally he started doing some damage and the extra pressure on my team from missing first their star catcher, and then their other catcher as well, meant that I was taking more risks with the journeymen.

And then, of all things, it was my newly legendary thrower who let me down. Despite having a storming game in all other respects, he suddenly decided to roll snake eyes when he was all on his own in the backfield and Born To Live Forever had enough manpower nearby to deal with him and take the loose ball in for the go-ahead score.

So what. It was a fantastic game and I don't care that I lost it. My thrower came away with 8 for 83, which is awesome, Thursdaynight picked up the MVP and a cas, and only journeymen died. For his part, The_Demon lost a rookie but in return his tree, Stuff of Legend, actually became a legend after an amazing performance in which he picked up two kills and a BH out of only nine blocks - and rolled a double for his final skill, giving him Block, even though he doesn't seem to need it. Good job!

As far as I'm concerned, this was Bloodbowl at its finest.
