“First win ever against Dwarves, not just for the Linguists but for me! Of course, having played lots of elves and amazons, I've stayed away from the little stocky bearded guys for much of my career on Fumbbl... but today was the day.

Game started out on an excellent note, with a clean kill of a dwarf on the line of scrimmage. Opponent took it on the chin, saving the apothecary for more valuable pieces later on in the game.

Was able to keep from scoring until turn 8, which left the fearsome deathroller only one turn on the pitch. He did get a foul in, but no permanent damage.

No less than 3 players killed... harsh.

Dwarves won blocking game 56-37, not all bad for the linguists, but hard to go up against all that block-tackle-mighty blow... at least the opponent didn't bring any ST+ freaks.

Some fair shots at the legend dwarves, but didn't draw blood.

For this E.L.F. season, this game jumped my score up 40 points all by itself, not bad!
