“Third game vs. loopyloo - a coach we really enjoy playing with!

Both teams are quite fresh. Only one blocker on each team. Both big guys have guard. They have a tackler and an elf dodger. One of our skinks has side-step. That's not much!

They receive and get in contact with all the sauri. Make a cage and don't block or blitz. We get our blocks but double skull twice during the turn. They run the cage on our weak. side and stun the kroxi. We blitz free Boa, our block saurus, and put some skinks in the way of the cage. We also take some "fun" blocks and we seriously injure their tackle player. Nice!

They run the ball by the sideline. and tag all our players in range. Boa blitzes himself free again and gets next to the ball carrier, with Lancehead behind to stop a run by the sideline. They are stuck and need to run the ball back. We can again threaten the ball. Their elf dodges and blitzes free, but gets greedy and GFI once too much. Snake eyes and the ball is down. We get a crowd next to the ball and Lancehead picks it up. They threaten the ball but we can blitz the threat away and run the ball in their half. The only threat gets injuried. It's turn 6 and it seems really hard for theem to stop us from scoring now. We get in scoring position and try some mayhem. We surf their rat but the crowd is very friendly tonight. They get their blocks and foul (not the first time), but this time the ref bans the player. We take no risks and score.

It's 11 vs. 9 in our favour in the second half. And we receive. Touchback and Cobra the saurus gets the ball. We cage on their weak side. They gang blitz Asp by the sideline, but by doing so they let us surf two of their players, the gobbo and the rat. The troll goes KO but the apo is used. The manouver leaves bushmaster surfable. The crowd is really friendly tonight, and none of the 3 players surfed in the last two turns harmed in the process.

And now it's time for something epic. Ruthless Ruth, a renegade lineman, is between Mamba and the sideline. But Ruthless Ruth does not give up and blitzes herself free. DOUBLE POW! Armor broken. Casualty. Fractured Leg (MNG). Help apo! Killed? No thanks. 9 vs. 7 on the pitch. We move the cage in a central position. They manage to get in touch with two players. Seems we won't be scoring with a saurus after all. We blitz one of them away and the skink Cottonmouth takes on the elf. Double Both Down. We can't use the last reroll yet so we take it, and he goes BH. 9 vs. 8. They punch some. We bring our forces next to the ball in case the hand-off to Lancehead fails. But it doesn't. So he runs away in their half. We think he's safe, but Excited Emily, their heroic block lineman dodges out (4+, 3+, 2+) but luckily only pushes Lance, who then dodges and scores. 2-0 in our turn 6.

It's 9 vs. 9 for the third drive of the match. Riot and it's turn 5 again. They throw the gobbo for a OTT but the landing fails. We are overly zelous in protecting the ball just to realize that they only scoring threat we have left is a saurus! We have to try. Bushmaster dodges, hand-off to Boa, who amazingly catches the ball! Push/blitzes the elf out of the way and goes for it, twice! The elf gets in the way and the troll throws the gobbo but doesn't hit the ball. Boa blitzes, POW, and it's the 3-0 touchdown. Turn 16 and the kick falls out of range for a OTTD.”
