On one hand, the team couldn't have been prepared for that game : the northern nippons having cancelled the first game, no cash was won to recruit a new monkey warrior, no new skill was learned. During the week another bad news came : our injured player didn't recover from the friendly despite the time elapsed. Also, the fast and dodging rats could be a nightmare for our team, not yet accustomed to the basic technics of the game.

On the other hand, the events during the game were cruel in the eye of the emperor, probably a better result could have been achieved with a tiny difference in a couple of moments. If our monkey warrior had caught that high ball... If our statue didn't miss an easy block that could have marked one more opponent AND free 2 of ours, making possible a triple screen on the ball handler... ^^

Well, there are no "if" after the game, the Emperor knew the team was still in construction, so no hurry. The next opponent is even more dangerous, adding to the speed and agility the strength of the samourais, the team has to stay focused and aim at results after they're ready... of course the emperor wanted them to be ready as soon as possible...”
