So they journeyed north, to where the sky stayed black for months at a time, in this dark place must be a gateway to the next life. The challange was sent, and a local team answered the call, their helmets adorned with horns, their eyes filled with fire.

The undead took to the pitch wearing as little protection as possible, daring the gods to strike them down, and the gods answered, the norse feel upon them, whilst the team were still lost in their prays, players fell in quick succession, but their broken bodies repaired even as they lay on the pitch.

Lexus called out a triumphant cry as the minotaur ripped his heart from his body, overcome with joy as he felt his life slipping away, but the gods had different plans, as he lay he heard a rythmic beating. The cry of anger rang out through the crowd as his new heart filled the void. Lexus collapsed to the floor sobbing, and was ushered to the side.

The wolf, Palin, hit Master the minotaur in a revenge assault, hunger ripping through the canine's body, it had been a long time since he had fed. The minotaur stood dumbstruck as blood poured from his jugular.

But again the crowd were robbed of a death, bandages, needles and magic stop it's lifeblood, and the crowd grew agitated. In the break it spilled over into violence, they stormed the arena, smashing it to the ground leaving little time for the undead to seek there ends, and so they most travel on.

Mostly for his match we were drunk....although sometimes i think we may also have been pissed........next match the free drinks for the crowd plan whilst seeming like a good idea at the time, has lead to increased violence and decreased ability to hold/catch the ball, also teh crowd turned violent during second half when we ran out of ale......PR people have been queriied and have said nexttime, they will order more ale.
Huzzah, now wheres the pub gone again?.........
