“The Hoof the Ball team lined up in the second match in the ORCA COLA CUP SERIES. It was good weather, and the crowd were cheering on, enjoying themselves and consuming their favourite snotling crunchies on a stick.

Crazy Horns, the team Minotaur, had psyked himself up into a blood rage. Unfortunately someone had forgotten to take off the big foam boxing gloves off his hooves, as he did little damage to the Necromantic side, Dark Flesh.

Zapp cleanly picked up the ball, but soon found that his dwarf linemen weren't getting very far... so he lobbed the ball upfield, which was caught, to the gasps of the crowd by Zopp, who managed to stay away from the ravenous werewolves and make it to the end zone.

Then all hell broke lose... The crowd were going crazy after seeing such an elf like move... the celebrations turned into a riot which the mounted dwarf police and zombie footmen took 6 turns before they were brought back under control!... onto the 2nd half then!

After having one of the werewolves put out the game with a badly hurt paw, the other took the iniative, and it wasn't long before he was bounding down the sideline towards the end zone... that really narked Hoof and Snort, the two bull centaurs... they charged back after the offending abomination, accompanied by one of the hobgoblins... and promptly flattened him... or so they thought! Much to their surprise, Kinder uvo, the werewolf, got up, (he was quite mad by this point), and throw a furry paw towards the hapless hobgoblin, pushed him back, followed up, threw another fist, put him down, dodged away from the bul centaur, back into a tackle zone, picked up the ball, and ran into the endzone. What a move! Coach artico was speechless! Coach Wotfudboy kicked a bloodbowl boot, which sailed across the field hitting one of his players just above the eye.

In an effort to save their coaches embarrasment (and to stop themselves getting fired!), Zapp took over... and with 4 of his pals made work up the field. The necromantic armour had started to decay, and holes started to appear in it, which allowed the dwarves to put few players in the KO box and the other remaining werewolf alongside his kindred in the Badly Hurt box.

The game finished 2-1 to the Hoof the Ball team, and the crowd went home happy!”
