“Last time I let somebody with a dp on their team convince me to play them by saying "I only have ONE dirty player, not two or more!" Maybe not, but that one can do an awesome amount of damage, esp when you get the ref on the opening kickoff of a half. To be fair, two of his cas were caused by legit blocks, but he still threw enough fouls my way to give me nightmares for weeks. My team's leading blocker got niggled; my thrower aged a niggle on only his second skill; ff dn, and only 10k in income. I took a big step back in this one...

My opponent wasn't trying to play "destroy the team", just mortally afraid of the scoring potential of woodies. Uh-huh. He seemed a decent chap, and he did hold off on a couple potential fouls after I used my apo, but as I told him in-game, don't expect a rematch. :-)”
