“The losing hurts. Especially given the way in which it happened.
The ghoul is being whipped (and will feel it I guess, being alive) for failing two important dodges.
The first time with ball in hand, KO-ing himself inthe process allowing the lizards to get a 2-1 lead.
The second time was in the 8th turn of the second half.
All he had to do was one gfi (RR in hand) to blitz a skink ball-carrier.
Knocking him down would have meant an almost sure draw.
He failed his dodge again.
To really add insult to injury was the last blitz of my opponent; he killed a wight and he failed to regenerate.
Ouch.
On the bright side; the fans loved it.
A mummy learned a skill, the ghoul even two including the totally undeserved MVP.
(dunno why; nice crunching noises when he fell perhaps?)”
