“ugh. we needed to play this game in an hour if it was gonna count towards the faction, so we started at breakneck speed. although the pace may have caused a little disruption to our play, it was obvious that the luck was out to get us. after losing gidron to a foul and failed apothecary last game, we felt we could have done with a little luck here. we got none. 6 double skulls to none over the course of the game, and even a GFI with RR to score 2-4 at the end was beyond us.

hope the points are enough to keep the high elves in F2; they deserve it. as it is, we're up to F1 with only one stormvermin, and only one tackle........maybe pass you in two weeks time as we go down again, and you go up =)

“As nice as Trif was to play a faction game in less than 70 minutes with two high scoring teams, Nuffle was equally unkind to him. Not sure if the speed of the game affected play too much, as his luck could not have been overcome by any amount of time. Bad luck often happened early in the turn with little that could been to protect the ball.
