“Don't let the 39% luck rating fool you. I crashed about halfway through the second half and failed some dodges in the end of the game. For the first 2/3 of the game, I had an unprecedented 71% luck rating.

I didn't seem to be able fail a roll if I tried. SLMS played well and was not even rolling particularly badly on the whole, but a few dropped balls and my uncanny success with most every roll made things bad. Quickly.

Sweltering head the whole game also helped me out a lot (minimizing the fact that I was outnumbered on the field most of the match). As did a couple of rocks from the bloody 'ooligans and a Blitz!

When he finally got a drive going (without a dropped ball, for once) he was pretty much unstoppable. He's got a great team with a surprisingly developed bunch of linemen. I wish I knew how he did it (for my dwarf team).

Needless to say, poor slms was rather put out with the hand fate had dealt him and really wanted to go for some horribly brutal fouls. He didn't. He just asked if I was a fouler. When I replied in the negative, I could almost hear his sigh of disappointement, but he kept right on playing a good solid game.
