A great game from my point of view simply cuz i got it. I never seriously expected a yes when i proposed it even though i was offering upwards and then i was lucky enough to have got a realy cool opponent.
I fouled whatever went down and got lucky with my eye on me rolls as well as decent amount of pows. the injury rolls were slightly weak (a total of 14 ko's to 3 bh's) but it kept his players off the pitch and made up for his streak of 1's.
Bloke100 is a realy tough opponent who never gave up and never winged once. Play ya again any time dude = )”

My basic plan - ignore the mummies, swamp the backfield - looked like it might work at one point. Our opening drive and score went off without a hitch, and then a blitz on our kick saw the wardancers hop over the front line and chase after the thrower (no Afesol once more). Elan actually managed to get his hands on the ball, and if it wasn't for a clean pow from the skellies it would've been 2-0. Sadly not however, and from there it got worse, as both wardancers were fouled off the pitch, along with most of their team-mates, before the undead crossed the line on turn 8 for 1-1.
The second half again started brightly, Elan back on his feet and racing down the flank to attack the thrower. He was vastly outnumbered however, and although he got close he was taken out once more. Any elves that had recovered were put back in the ko box soon enough, leaving the khemri free to wander down the pitch. Their stalling almost cost them, as the last standing elf broke free on turn 15 to block the ball-carrier, but only suceeded in pushing him into the endzone. 2-1.
We always knew it would be tough, as paulhicks has a reputation for... well... not playing the most graceful style :)
We took a lot of fouls, but there was no permanent damage, and I've seen worse matches. We even got a chance to try and pass with our tree at the end.... he will get his 16th spp!”
