#1 Eucalyptus Papuana – Dead (RIP)
#6 Elandrel Swiftwind – Smashed Knee (NI)
One more of those games.
When a wood elf catcher fails his first two dodges of the game, you know things are going to be tough. Then the tree fell, so to speak.
Still, a clasic Lizardman performance by coach ArtaXerxes and his team, with hardly a fault to be found.

Twahnlow.
3- Drysd. Anyone who kills a treeman deserves lots of votes.
2- Balldrinker II for huge yardage and 2 TD's to boot.
1- A toss up between Balljuggler for more large yardage and TD's, and Vugdish II for sheer blocking madness. Balljuggler gets the votes to my mind. (Probably a reflection of the Welf preferance for ball handling skills :) )

It is with a tinge of sadness that the death of Eucalyptus Papuana is reported from this game: A fine hardwood specimen (Block & Pro etc) that fell and splintered early in the game. Such a shadow had he cast that his removal dramatically changed the complexion of the game. While coach annachie tried to keep the pointy eared fellows focused, the edge (as thick as a 4x2) was gone from their game.

The Fossils were quickly to a 1-0 lead and with the falling of Eucalyptus Papuana the game opened up. Daring and bold play occurred on both sides, but sheer lack of numbers kept the Rangers pinned on the northern sideline while the Fossils ran in 3 more unanswered touchdowns along the southern wing.

Twahnlow Votes:
3 - Godspodin the Beefy who, with the aid of some performance enhancing mushroom soup and some knuckledusters was the equal or better to several of the St4 Saurii who got in his way.

2 - Galandrel Smegazonian for persistent ball advancement.

1 - Elandrel Swiftwind who played out of his comfort zone as a fullback rather than thrower.
