This was a big game for the Crowes. A must win against a storied franchise and one of the biggest showdowns in star player annals. But the Duke was "sick". So Gone ran riot so his oppisite number would stay sick when he read the report. Hardly a game at all really. Not for lack of trying.but simply not enough Humans to keep it close. But nice to see Carlton. Hopefully we will have another chance to play this again one day.

3pts Brother Fernando Jr. Who else? Scored the only TD anad survived more block dice than a catcher has a right too.

2pts Colin Daniels threw the pass that led to the TD.

1pt Handy Andy Only 6 blocks...but more than everyone else ;-)

#6 Angus Payne – Dead (RIP)
With Duke Snakefield suffering from a niggling bad hair day and Davros lying on the floor of a bar somewhere with Stoney Dan, Carlton were going to be hard pressed to achieve much of anything in this game.
We scored. Hoorah!

The result would be academic as far as Carlton's promotion hopes were concerned at any rate. Win, lose, or draw, they had to beat the Wood Elves in the last round to earn their spot once more in the Premier...

TWAHNLOW VOTES

3 Votes - #9 Wisertime
Devastating. 2 conversions from 7 blocks. Lucky we didn't let him get more blocks in...

2 Votes - #11 Gone
Well shit. He was the man at the centre of every cage and managed to achieve in this game the title of Greatest ever Star in the SWL!
Would have got 3 votes if he hadn't have been responsible for allowing our only score.

1 Vote - #3 Taller
Good game from the old pro, not that anyone was very pressed. Taller is the heart of the team in my eyes. Essential.
