Replacement of Mathalanor the Grand (second catcher of the team), Tabardin the Beloved is all too eager to show that he, unlike his predecessors, will become a long standing member of the Ulthuan Dragonflights. Absolutely no one took this confidence seriously as the team is all too used to some of their own having god complexes in their Blood Bowl skills.
Tabardin however was reported by SPIKE! to have said:
"The fans and my peers don't seem to realize who I am. I am Tabardin the Beloved, greatest catcher that the Elven kingdoms have ever seen! I am as quick as the wind and as elegant as a river, none can resist my speed or my skills, as is traditional of any Lion Warrior. Just watch me enter the Hall of Fame for the Ulthuan Dragonflights, you will see!
Team Captain Alyathon Miththalar had no comment.

Tabardin the Beloved was indeed beloved by many. But not my his opponents! The High Elf Catcher met a rather sticky end against the Orc team, Menisky Blues , where an Orc blitzer struck him down, crushing his skull into a bloody mulch. It seems like the Catchers of the Ulthuan Dragonflights are not destined to be lasting members of the team.
