Reginald
Not much is known about Reginald. He wandered into Pockara five years ago, the only outsider since the Pox's early years. He went to the foulest parts of town looking for the most badly infected and he would stay with each of them for days at a time. Finally he contracted the Pox and now he is always seen walking around Pockara with a lopsided smile on his face, due to half his face being missing.
