Skyes, once a a powerful baron of an eastern realm, succumbed to a delirious infection that saw him convert his towns and villages into temples of nurgle.
Few of his original character traits survived his descent into madness and infection but one that did was his love of blood bowl.
He sold his most precious possessions and sacrificed his closest friends and family members in honour of Nurgle and began training, hoping to join a team.
Many Nurgle teams rejected him due to his lack of agression but coach Glokta recognisd his potential and soon signed him up on the basis of his clear ability to step in and help his teammates at crucial times.
Skyes is one of the team's original players, still running with the squad despite having been battered on the pitch more than once and is known to frustrate opposing teams to death on occasion.
