La'ra was selected to join the Underdogs based on his potential to get killed in an amusing fashion and entertain the more malicious of the U-dog fans. He was thrown into the fray against heavy bash teams but stubbornly refused to die, or even get maimed. After just a few games of being a rat shaped punching bag, something snapped inside La'ra, and it wasn't a bone. He lashed out against the Beastmen of the Helter Skelter Polka Team, killing two and producing one of the biggest upsets in the Underdog's history.
Despite this show of blocking prowess, La'ra generally remains one of the less combative of the U-dog skavens preferring to develop a niche role as the team's kicker. His ability to place the ball deep in the opponent's half has led to several one turn goblin-toss touchdown shockers and ensured his place out of reach of the more murderous enemy players.
