A bit of a peculiar player. As a young rat, he lost both of his parents and was left alone dwelling a nearly deserted dwarf gold mine where an old and blind dwarf named Nalin ran into him. Nalin being blind (and probably a bit off his head too) mistook his fur for a dwarf beard and adopted the youngster as his son, naming him Bairn. Nalin believed he was a dwarf, so Bairn grew up believing he was a dwarf. He took a liking to blood bowl and one day he decided it was time for his dream to come true and listed himself up for the pre-season testing of the Dwarf Warhammerers. The Warhammerers' scout not being blind, Bairn was -to his own amazement- promptly rejected for not being a dwarf. He did have some real Blood Bowl skills though, so the Sewer Suckers were glad to sign him up. The only minor complication is that he still thinks he's a dwarf; so he doesn't allways get along well with his team mates, but as long as there's a sufficient amount of beer to keep him happy there's no real problem.
