I fired Gerrit because I gave him +MA as first skill (I was new, and it was a completely unskilled vamp team). Then I hired a new Gerrit, and he rolled +MA as first skill as well.
If I hadn't fired the first one, maybe I'd have an 8548 guy now. =/
