Hartwig Blutrocher was always a vindictive adolescent and turned into a spiteful adult who lashed out at any personal slight with physical violence with some form of lasting mark to make sure they would never again slight him.
He was building a reputation and was looking at being forced onto the bloodbowl team due to his string of attacks which where starting to get out of hand. This was all too end when a Slaanesh cult appeared to be arising in the surrounding towns and villages.
The warriors of Slaanesh always try to use guile before force and so sent in the silver-tongued women who were on the path to deamonhood to try and tempt the men to the dark prince to make the attack easier.
This was going well and the men where being turned until Hartwig heard one of the maidens tell one of the other men that he was better looking, this sent Hartwig into a blind rage who then set about all the women with his short-sword. After the initial shock the women revealed their allegiances and as a Sigmar fearing man Hartwig stroke them all down and slaughtered them.
This seen left him to damaged to become one of the great-swords and he was too twisted to be allowed to roam the town so he was then drafted to the blood-bowl pitch where he now aims to kill any worshiper of chaos.
