While being a team Captain normally involves commitment, skill and dedication, none of these are a requirement for a motley of Ogres. Instead, an Ogre team's captain only needs to know how to and where to hit things and to hit them hard. As such, Urg Head Smasha made an ideal captain for the Meathead Manglers. While still having the same skillset as other Ogres, bludgeoning the enemy good and proper, there is another skill which Urg has managed to pick up since his arrival the team: Ball carrying.
Urg has found another talent in being the ball carrier for the team, being aware that there is actually a touchdown line to reach rather than something to hit the enemy with. Thus Urg has proven to be an invaluable player to the team as he charges his way through towards the oppositions end zone with his trusty ball carrying gloves.
Despite his predmoninant success, Urg is still an Ogre and if there is one thing Ogres are known above else besides their strength, it's their stupidity. There has been more than one occassion where Urg found himself at the end zone and in a moment of stupor, completely forgot what he was doing. One notable incident was Urg's failure to pick up the ball after eight tries! These type of incidents have unfortunately cost the Meathead Manglers more than one of their matches.
Since suffering his neck injury however, this has not happened since surprisingly.

Urg is now the last founding Ogre member of the team. Blood Bowl has always been a merciless sport and even for the likes of Ogres, none are truly safe from Nuffle's grasp. Being the last member and Captain of his original entorouge, it is to be seen if Urg can continue to his succeseful career as a Captain.
