Lord Maccari having obtained a copy of the daily scroll realised that there was a lot of blood in Blood Bowl. He quickly gathered up his gang of loyal retainers and set forth for the glory of the blood god. "GET SOME" Is going to be the teams motto regardles what happens. Ass wupping, "GET SOME", Death among the players, "GET SOME", loose 5-0 ,"GET SOME" . After all , it is only a game and KHORNE is pleased regardless of who is doing the bleeding. After the first game where the boys managed to edge out a draw after some lucky ball handling they got their wish. Rookie Beastman Barklash Headriper suffered a fatal blow to the head never to wake up again. Khorne is pleased. Player that needs to be fouled :Juleschka Bambule 'Sisters of Kongo' Witch Elf- killed poor Barklash Headripper. Having played the followers of Khaine (Slaanesh) the glorious team had a matchup against the third power of Chaos- the dreaded Nurgles Rotters. Despite having the same number of players the ability of the Rotters to knock out the lads of Rolling Rage proved to be a keyfactor in the match. That and the stupidity of Stoneskin, Ogre jarhead extraordinare. He only manage to move his fat ass for mabe 7 turns the entire match and of those seven he got block dice or double skulls in four. He did si a beastman on one of those block dice but still.... and he earned a skill- a double five , but the general feeling in the team was that after his abysmal preformance in the match he only deserved pilling on- perhaps some caring dp will come and give him a boot to the head and save some important beastman from getting it instead. Infact after the game, the boys gave him such a beating in the shower that he is no longer worthy of the name stoneskin- more like whimpskin( -av) So a very shaming 2-0 defeat. But all is not black- the team managed to scrape up enough money to buy some much needed reinforcement and bring the player number back up to eleven. The very frightening CW Lord Nasdreg of the Eastern Fringes. 3rd game the boys got to play some banged up Vamps. With nine players on the pitch for the vamps and one of the 2 vampires in the k.o box this was a cake walk for the boys. They scored and bashed and had a generally good time. Even the Ogre semed to enjoy himself since he did not go bonehead once. Not much to say since it was a walkover. Still the teams first win it is special on its own. And two players learned how to block so that they won´t have to rely on their good fourtune in the future. |
