Taking two totally unrelated words and making them fit, a bit like the old films where there would be a mad scientist who likes to experiment by creating an ungodly mix of 2 different species/items....

"MWA HA HA HA....IT'S ALIVE.....I GIVE YOU MY FINEST CREATION...HALF DOG, HALF CLOTHESPEG....THE DOGSPEG!"

"WOOF?" (Bury that juicy bone or hang up that sheet on the line...ARRGGHHH, I cannot choose)
