Focus on Evolution

My attempt at creating an evolution team, slightly more strict than the usual form. Here's my attempt to explain how I'm going to do it.

First up, retirement means a complete end to that particular players evolution. Perma's will be tolerated, though double niggle is retirement. The team can have no more than 5 niggles at once, if a 6th player becomes niggled he will be retired.

Each player starts as a zombie. If they reach 51 spp's they may evolve to the next life form upon death. However this is a cumulative effort over a players reincarnations. 51 spp is the target for each player's step in evolution.

Therefore if a zombie dies at 31 spp's, then in its next effort reaches 25 spp's, it will evolve having reached the target. If a zombie or skeleton reaches 51 spp's in 1 attempt it may skip a level of evolution and move up 2 levels.

If a player evolves and cannot return as the next level of evolution as the quota of that position is currently full then it lays in wait until there is an opening and then is hired instantly to continue his journey up the evolutionary chain.
