Long ago, before the formation of the NAF, the Brusko family headed a famous traveling entertainment troupe, traveling throughout the Old World to bring laughter and amazement to audiences of every kind. They were renowned from the coasts of the Great Ocean to the base of the World's Edge Mountains. As Blood Bowl's popularity exploded with the rise of a coordinated ruleset across the various leagues and broadcasting through Cabalvision, the Brusko family circus fell on hard times. Several generations of Bruskos floundered as they desperately tried to bring crowds out of their homes and under the high top, until one Alexei Brusko realized that with their skills as entertainers, teamwork, and exotic trained animals, the family business could be reworked into a Blood Bowl team!

Thus, the Brusko Bolshoi Tsirkus made its debut.
