Being born in the sacred pools of the Great Temple City Pakasqa Wasi, the lizards fought an endless war with the skaven clan, that nested in a little distance. The conflict could continue endlessly, but one day scaven stopped their attaks.

Only 20 long years later, when the skink skirmishers were tasked to check the scaven nest, lizards have learnt the truth - all scaven were gone to participate in Blood Bowl championship.

After such news the Slaan of Pakasqa Wasi had only one choice if he wanted to protect the Great Plan - his lizards (or men) should also create a Blood Bowl team and finally win in the conflict with the Skaven clan.

However, Slaan was invited to the Lord Mazdamundi's Slaan team as his vision of the Great Plan demanded, so the Pakasqa Wasi Slaan abbandoned the rookie team. Unfortunately, he forgot to pass the name of the minot clan's team name, so since than The Great Temple Defenders team play Blood Bowl with only purpose in mind - finally find and win the nasty scaven.
