Wormsburg Flying Flings
Retired [L] Halfling

The Great Wormsburg Chieftain had been having a number of visions about strange flying half men who were part insect. Upon consulting his trusted holymen he sent forth a raiding party to capture some Chaos flings with whom he would create the greatest Bloodbowl team in the Norscan leagues.

Unfortunately there was a massive Chaos storm over the Frozen sea, and after a couple of days the raiding party got bored and decided to head South. As luck would have it a group of Halfings escorted by Treemen were on their way to Praag for a cooking competition but unfortunately had taken a wrong turn into Troll country.

The Jarl leading the raiding party spotted the halfing expedition and noticed they were surrounded by Chaos Trolls whom were drooling with hunger. Calling out to the Flings a pact was made that they would represent Wormsburg in the Norscan Survivalist leagues and in turn the Norse would rescue them from the Trolls.

Upon returning to Wormsburg, the Chieftain was a little disappointed but after sating his rage by sacrificing the Jarl of the raiding party to the dark Gods, he decided there was not enough time to send out another raiding party. All the half men were sent into hard core training and were forced to change their names to that of slimy insects.
