The League of Ostermark is a province in the North East of the Empire that is home to the Ostagoths. Due to its location near Sylvania and Kislev it has suffered greatly from Northern Waste and Vampiric Raiders. As such, its inhabtants are said to be obsessed with death with many people even worshipping Morr. Ostagoths are often mocked as simpletons due to the low-tech nature of their lives, however, their reputation as stout and capable warriors cannot be disputed. Bechafen University was recently granted a license to enter the CBBA to ensure all states have a potential representative now that the elves and dwarves have left. They have embraced the opportunity and are looking to build a formidable defense which matches the reputation of the province.
