Operations: CIBBL Sponsors Head Coach: Guardikai Race: Humans (Bretonnian) Team Colours: Gold/Sky blue Knightly Virtues The Knightly Virtues are an adventurous band of Bretonnians seeking glory, honour, fame and victory in bloodbowl. They have their eyes set on returning with a trophy to please the Lady of the Lake. Once led by Baron Volo de Neuf, then Lady Katherine, the team is now temporarily lead by Tristan Tirasse. The quest for a cup victory is a long one, with hope frail. Recent failures have dampened the team's spirit and, if further ill fortune befalls them, it might end them for good. The loss of their fan club and retirement of the superstar Lady Katherine after injury and poor performance have been terrible blows. For now the Virtues persevere, albeit barely. Before every game Tristan leads a sombre chant with his knightly peers: "When the clarion call is sounded, I will ride out and fight in the name of liege and Lady. Whilst I draw breath the land bequeathed unto me will remain untainted by evil. Honour is all, Chivalry is all... I set down my lance, symbol of duty. I spurn those whom I love. I relinquish all, and take up the tools of my quest. No obstacle will stand before me. No plea for help shall find me wanting. No moon will look upon me twice lest I be judged idle. I give my body, heart and soul to the lady whom I seek..." Year 1: Winter The Knightly Virtues enter CIBBL in the Winter Season of the first year. Year 2: Spring The Knightly Virtues perform well in the regionals, with two players earning recognition from the league. Players The team is new, as are the players. These hopeful Bretonnians will be reliant on their knights leading the way to victory and success on the pitch.
