We are from Canada so, it's like legal here now and stuff, Eh? All the ganja appears to be a problem for the elves. The coach keeps telling them the are a top tier team but they play worse than drunken halflings. This group of stoners don't seem to stay on the pitch either, taking frequent mid-game naps. The occasional loss in concentration has lead to more than a few trips to the hospital for the players - though more often than not they go straight to the morgue! There is usually at least one on the pitch who should be shipped off to the home for retired blood bowl players. But, they keep showing up for games, so we keep playing them. The frequency that management has to hire replacement players is practically bankrupting the owners. If not for their decent profits from 'salad' sales this team would have folded. Good thing journeymen play for a dime bag and some Doritos. It's likely the ownership has dipped into its own supply; it's the only reason they haven't folded and moved on. |
