Grimsby Town Bloodbowl Team
Roster [R] Human

This was the first team i created after my wholesale clearance of teams when i returned to Fumbbl. They are what i would consider my 'main team' and are my original 'Grimsby' team.

Tournament History

FUMBBL CUP 2011:
Won in the first round beating the blackbox nurgle outfit the Fleshpile Foulers 2-1. Lost in the second round to purplegoo's slaan team 'they came from outer space' despite being ABC's favourite to win the game.

ULTHUAN INVITATIONAL 2012:
Proved ABC right by winning the bright lantern qualifying group and advancing to the final 16.

Lost in the first round of the UI proper to metalurgos in a 2-0 mauling. Oly who had just reached legend status died and GTBBT were powerless to stop the chaos dwarves.

WARPSTONE OPEN 2013:

Got through the first round after a convincing 3-0 win against the infamous Agility Monsters but went down in the second round in a bloody and brutal encounter with the norse outfit the Sons of Skyrim. Lost Oly#2 and Rob#5 and this hurt the team badly

ULTHUAN INVITATIONAL 2013:

GTBBT Entered the competition but after prepping forgot to recruit some bench scrubs and found themselves just 30k out the TV cutoff which meant they missed the tournament

GLT 2013:

After cruising through the first round GTBBT fell foul to the evils of real life and due to moving house couldnt get a solid internet connection to play their second round game and were consequently disqualified from the GLT.

LC 2013:

Disaster!! GTBBT crash in the 1st round of qualifiers losing to the wandering feathers in overtime. Very Disappointing.

FC 2013:

GTBBT got through the first round after beating keggie's slaan but went down without too much fight to Hito's Lizzies. So ends another year of blood bowl for GTBBT. Bit of a disappointing year for GTBBT not going further than round 2 but the coach is optimistic about next year.
