Down to the pitch of blood and bones We march for our honor, fame, and gold!" </center></i> The Steel-Heels of Mountaindeep once served as the city's Gate Guard - proud and noble Dwarven defenders charged with protecting the sole entrance to their mighty stone-hewed haven. Long have they stood as a bulwark against greedy treasure-seekers and the ever-present Greenskin menace. But even the stalwart dwarves of Mountaindeep have an ear for news, and the formation of a new Blood Bowl League has intrigued the Dwarven elders. They view the League as a challenge of honor, and so have deemed it necessary to send a team to participate. Thus they have chosen a delegation of their city's finest from the Steel-Heel regiment. Now a small formation of Steel-Heels have been uprooted from their sacred duty as Gate Guardians and have ventured forth from the lofty arches and mighty pillars of their cavernous mountain home. They go in search of Blood Bowl fortune and fame, and carry with them their hatred for outsiders.
