What is Blood Bowl? It's basically a game of risk management - you prioritise your moves, minimize your risks and the emphasis is always GO FOR THE SAFE OPTION. So, here was born the Elfin Safety Executive - a group of Elf safety officers who actively condone the playing of this game....a game that encourages safety first. Amidst all the method statements, risk assessments, red tape and very very *very* important reams of forms, counter-forms, COSHH assessments and other beaurocratic nonsense, there beats the heart of a bunch elves who will only draw blood after all other (safer) avenues have been exhausted.
