Borosia is fairly peaceful now.
Rampage finds this a little dull in all honesty. He keeps the peace along with his hand picked squad of warriors.

Rampage sees many races pass though the land he keeps order over.
He hears many boast they are the superior race. How they can beat anyone at anything.
This annoys Rampage, There is only so much he can do.
The occasional "accident" does happen, but still he hears these things.
So one day he was TOLD to form a Bloodbowl team to represent Borosia in a league called OBBL.
