Gobmuncha is, even for a troll, especially hungry. He is constantly fighting the urge to reach out, grab one of his goblin team-mates, and eat them. He has at least learnt not to go for the ones with weaponry; in an early training session he ate the team’s first looney, and it was three hours before the chainsaw ran out of fuel...

When he remembers not to eat goblins, and focuses on the job at hand, he is pretty good at hitting opposing players.

Career highlights
* Racked up 11 casualties in his first 18 games... but then went ballistic against wood elves, breaking the jaw of a lineman, fracturing the leg of a strength-boosted thrower, and badly hurting another lineman.
* Followed that up against a slann team, smashing the collar bone of the kroxigor - though the frog apothecary fixed that and left him with a fractured leg instead.

da Splattara quite simply loves to fight. He was the main driver behind the team forming, because he wanted more people to fight with, and watching Bloodbowl games had shown him he could be paid for doing it. And fighting is something da Splattara is good at too... he spends most of his time away from the pitch practising, and come most match days it shows.

During training, da Splattara has made a name for himself as a no-nonsense blocker with a brutally violent streak, and he will be hoping to demonstrate that on a more global scale.

Career Highlights
* Embarrassingly, da Splattara had his hip smashed by an elf foul early in the Gitz' 13th game. An elf. A foul. Being a troll, he's too stupid to realise just how bad that sounds... but opposing fans will no doubt pour scorn on him for it.
* Gave a space-frog lineman a serious concussion in a defeat against slann. Managed to throw a couple of goblins successfully during the game but also tried to eat one...

Bash is as mad as a box as frogs, though not quite as tasty... and certainly not as good a present to give your mother-in-law for her birthday. He’s also good as clearing snow from driveways, and quite a keen gardener in his spare time - he’s especially good at cultivating mushrooms.

Career Highlights
* Killed a skink in the team's first ever draw.
* Badly hurt himself two games in a row, by failing GFIs
* Caused 2 casualties in a draw against humans, including smashing the knee of an ogre, causing the big brute to be retired after the game.
* Killed an amazon linewoman during the Gitz' first encounter with the women.

Beenz was another of the tribe's fruit-pickers. He joined the team after 6 games, after previous pogoer Bouncer was killed at the end of another defeat. Coach Shigglez was hoping that a new pogoer would signal an upturn in form.

Career Highlights
* Fractured the skull of a beastman late in the game, during the team's first ever win.
* scored touchdowns in the Gitz' first ever game against High Elves and their first game against Dark Elves... though both games were lost 2-1.
* Opened the scoring against amazons in a game which the team won 2-1, a nice change for the pogoer.

No-one knows where Rocket got his first bomb, but he showed a natural aptitude for throwing them during team training, and coach Shigglez, eager to add some extra power to his defence, was quick to snap up the young bombardier. Rocket is a dedicated player, probably the last player to leave the training ground each day as he perfects his aim and strengthens his throwing arm.

As of 8th December 2014:

Most goblins have a sense of humour, but Ginger is probably the sharpest wit amongst the team. His impersonations of the coach have had even the orc himself in stitches, and if the team kit has been dumped in the swamp, or the opposing locker room filled with troll manure, then you can be sure that a certain looney was behind it. But behind the witty exterior is a thoughtful goblin, always keen to learn more about the game and about life in general. Ginger has been known to attend anatomy classes at various colleges around the Old World, hoping to further his career.

Career Highlights
* Caught the first kick in a game against humans, and ran downfield to score the game's opening touchdown of a 2-2 draw.
* Using his chainsaw, smashed the collar bone of a wardancer early in a game against wood elves... the WE apothecary fixed his collar bone but left him with a broken jaw.

As of 8th December 2014:
* 7th highest (active) rushing Looney in ranked (11th all-time)
* 4th highest (active) fouling Looney in ranked (16th all-time)

Tikka is one of tribe leader Cajun’s right-hand-goblins... at least, when the chief can figure out which is his right. A known tactician, Tikka sometimes runs training when Shigglez is too busy, or just can't be bothered to do it for himself. According to Sly Sports analysis, Tikka is a sure bet to step into coaching when he retires.

Career Highlights
* Caused the first ever casualty by the team, fracturing the leg of a skink during their debut game.

A quiet influence on the team, Lemon Pepper is someone that goblin bookies Goblin Sportz Network have occasionally touted as one to watch for the future. They're still waiting for him to fulfil his potential...

Career Highlights
* Caused 2 casualties against high elves.
* Scored a touchdown in the Gitz' first ever win.

Fajita is one of Cajun’s trusted advisors, and the team vice captain. He originally planned to stay on the sidelines and help out, but after Enchilada's death in the team's 3rd game Fajita came off the sidelines and joined the team.

Fajita is a devoted family goblin; away from the pitch he is always playing with his 3 young sons, hoping that they will form the next generation of Gitz stars.

Career Highlights
* Fajita had his hip smashed during the team's first victory, against a chaos team.

Chimichanga has one slight flaw in his plan to become the team's dedicated fouler. He has spent time perfecting the art, knowing precisely where to place his boot on prone opponents of all races. He has even practised the right moment to commit the crimes, making sure the referee is looking the wrong direction - and sometimes even involving the crowd with some pre-foul showboating. However, what lets him down is his reaction after a particularly good foul... he tends to get over-excited and gloat over his victims afterwards, leading to referees often knowing he has committed a foul by noticing his victory dance. Its a rare game indeed when Chimichanga is still on the pitch come turn 16!

Career Highlights
* Scored the only goblin touchdown in the Gitz' first-ever non-loss, a draw against some lizards.
* Also scored in the team's first ever win.
* Scored the second touchdown in a 2-2 draw against humans after using his diving tackle skills to bring down a blitzer near the endzone.
* Damaged the back of a catcher in the team's first game against amazons. The catcher retired after the game...

Pineapple worked tirelessly in the tribe, generally helping to mend injured goblins. Shigglez hired him after a brutal game against underworld where all the goblins on the team were badly hurt, hoping Pineapple could tend to the wounded players quicker being on the pitch with them, and keep some of them going for longer.

Career Highlights:
* In just his second game for the team, Pineapple made a strong impression against the frogs. Early in the second half he held up the slann drive after being thrown downfield by da Splattara, taking a hit for the team and knocking down a blitzer... unfortuntately, he could not break armour, and the frog just got up again and scored the following turn anyway. Angered by this, Pineapple took out his frustration on a line-frog, breaking its jaw with a turn 16 foul.

Anchovie, along with his brothers Apsaragus and Artichoke, joined the team after their disastrous 10th game, when 3 players were lost. The Inedible Brothers, as they were known - for no known reason - had been living on the streets, and coach Shigglez was hoping that their "street smartz" would help out on the pitch.

Anchovie was the middle brother; he was fiercely protective of "baby" Artichoke, but would often fight with Asparagus.

Career Highlights
* Despite not doing very much in his first 4 games, he still managed to receive 3 MVP awards.
* Scored the decisive 2nd touchdown in the team's first game against amazons, a brutal 2-1 win.
* Fractured the skull of a legendary warpstone troll with a well-placed (and unspotted) boot to the head, during a brutal defeat. The underworld apothecary fixed the troll up, and Anchovie himself was badly hurt moments later, but still... gobbo injured troll. Its all good.

Pikkle was just too late to sign up for the team when they first took to the Old World Bloodbowl circuit, but was kept as first reserve and joined the team after two games. Rumour has it he was signed by vice-captain Tikka when Shigglez was off on holiday... so how often the orc coach will pick him for games remains to be seen.

Madras liked the simple things in life... eating squigs around the fire while the elders told stories, watching the tribe shaman work his weird magics, and of course, watching the Gitz lose endless games of bloodbowl. After a bizarre game in which the goblins actually won, as well as out-battering their opponents ("tho dey wuz only wumenz!"), Madras jumped at the chance to fill an available position on the roster.
