Coming from an ancient demon hunter family, Arcanus decided to switch to a much more dangerous career as a Blood Bowl blitzer.

In his second game he right eye was gouged out by a human. He had to miss the next game as he travelled to the Fellbane ancestral home and had the eye socket fitted with a thrice exorcised demonic gallstone, enabling him to gaze into the hearts of men and see the evil within. His teammates think he looks very cool.

Teseratius spends several hours before each game carefully weaving enchantments of smiting into his gloves and putting spells of haste on his boots. He is fully dedicated to the team and applies all his arcane knowledge to improve his Blood Bowl skills.

He currently holds the record for most blocks on the team.

Hexon has an extremely violent personality for a High Elf, he joined the team to fight orcs, the undead, followers or chaos and really just about anyone he can get within punching range.

Galadrin Stormgale, of the Port Elistor Stormgales. Very powerful family, very influential. Galadrin himself is a hopeless case however, he has minimal magical aptitude and will never make a mark in High Elven politics. His family wont mind much if he ends his days on a muddy Blood Bowl field in a faraway land.

Lucistraton was apprenticed to another archmage but didn't feel like he was getting the training he deserved. He stole a magical tome and fled, and after joining the Serpents and proving his mettle on the Blood Bowl field he is protected by his new master. That protection ends the day he is injured and of no more use to the team, however.

Vexendel comes from a line of pacifist mystics and is not used to offensive magic or the carnage of the Blood Bowl field. He got used to it quickly however, and in his second game as he was tackled by a human he instinctively called up the ancestral flames he is named after and burned his attacker badly. Now he looks forward to each game with pyromanic glee.

Zolthus specialises in curses and does his best work after each game, when he will curse an especially vile opponent and doom him to trip on his shoelaces or misplace his keys.

Apocalon dreams of becoming a great wizard lord, enduring a few games of Blood Bowl is a small price to pay for that, or so he thinks. Unfortunately, in his third game he took a bad hit and smashed his ankle. Now he's on continuous line of scrimmage duty for the rest of his (probably short) career.

Heron is a frail and weak young elf, but he compensates with powerful enchantments and protective charms. They didn't protect him when he was tackled by a burly norseman however, and now he has a piece of a protective rune lodged in his lumbar spine.

After that incident he made sure to weave extra powerful wards in his armor, powerful enough to stop a Black Orc punch. A few games later he got punched in the face by a troll, breaking all of his enchantments as well as his jaw.

Fandiel applied for apprenticeship to become a healer, but quickly found she had aptitude for Blood Bowl. She scored her first touchdown during her second game and killed her first opponent during her third game, a fellow High Elf. Now she looks forward to each game and relishes the chance to spill blood on the line of scrimmage.

As she was foraging in the forest one day she was bitten by a poisonous snake. In her poison-induced delirium she saw visions of herself standing victorious in the end zone of a Blood Bowl pitch, holding a bloodstained, spiked ball. The sign was impossible to ignore, she was destined to become a great star player for the Saphery Serpents!

Her visions came true in her first game. In the closing moments of a hard fought game against cheating goblins she raced into the end zone, scoring the first and only touchdown of the game. As she stood there with arms raised, basking in the crowds cheering, the sky darkened and rain started pouring down. An omen?

Farumel doesn't have any real innate magic talent, but he does have an Amulet of Speed, making him a natural catcher. The amulet has been handed down in the Nightboon family for generations and has been used for many different purposes, but Farumel is the first to use it for Blood Bowl.
