Based off the fluff team the Heroes of Law, basically a bunch of blessed goody-two-shoes.
Made a post a while ago, posting again in hopes someone makes this into an actual ruleset (also because I re-did the whole thing). Enjoy!
Lawful Pact
Quantity Position cost MA ST AG AV Skills normals doubles
0-12 Lineman 50k 6 3 3 8 honorable G ASP
0-4 Halfling hero 30k 5 2 3 6 animosity, honorable, dodge, right stuff, stunty A GSP
0-2 Elf lineman hero 60k 6 3 4 7 animosity, honorable
0-2 Dwarf blocker hero 70k 4 3 2 8 animosity, honorable, block, tackle, thick skull GS AP
0-2 Human blitzer hero 90k 7 3 3 8 animosity, honorable, block
0-1 Treeman hero 120k 2 6 1 10 loner, honorable, mighty blow, stand firm, strong arm, take root, thick skull, throw team-mate S GAP
0-8 Re-Roll counters: 70k each
Apothecary: yes
New Skill:
Honorable (extraordinary): honorable players cannot use bribes or use secret weapons (including stab, stakes and weeping dagger - even though they aren’t technically labelled as such). Any bribes gained from Get the Ref for a team with ANY honorable players are instead transferred to team re-rolls. Honorable players who foul are always caught by the ref - and can NOT be argued or bribed for. Additionally, players with Honorable can choose to use an honorable re-roll that is similar to a pro re-roll. On a 4+, the action is re-rolled, otherwise Honorable is wasted. Honorable re-roll attempt can be re-rolled by a team re-roll. If the player has the honorable and the pro skill, they do not stack. Instead, the pro/honorable re-roll triggers on a 3+ in replacement of the regular skill roll.
(new skill does not need to be made, but would love ya if you managed to code it)

Personally I belive the posistional should be restricted to 1 per posistion similar to the 'renegades' in the pact list. Currently you could start the game without using any lineman!
So 1 Human Hero, 1 Elf hero, 1 dwarf hero, 1 Halfling hero, 1 Treeman Hero. |

Honorable seems too good for a no tv increase on those positionals. a pro that can Be Rerolled And That Gets Improved With Pro. It Really Does Sound Too Good To Not Cost Any Tv Just Because You Are Deterred From Fouling |

0-6 Dwarf Longbeards
0-6 Halflings
0-2 High Elf Pheonix Warriors
0-2 High Elf Lion Blitzers
0-4 Human Blitzers
0-1 Treeman
50k rerolls
Honorable - These players cannot foul or assist with a foul. |

How would cards like exploding runes synergize with honorable skill? Card like that would be waste? At least bribe kick off event gives rerolls..
(I don't like the skill) |

Cant you just make the Honourable skill that you just can't foul?
And I agree on the 0-1 positionals but think 2 treemen wouldn't be too overpowered? |

rerolling actions might not balance the opportunity to send an opposing player out by the boot, tho.
not fouling is a unnecessary challenge that is taken by the coach, not by the team. it would be playing soccer and refusing to shoot for the goal when you are inside the goalkeeper's large area - why? to prove that your legs are better than anyone else? to find an excuse for when your team is beaten up? |

I for one would be devastated to lose the ability to foul with my treeman, and only get measly pro back instead. |

My personal take would be to have a standard human line up, but with inter-changeable postionals.
Catchers can be replaced by any type of good elven catchers or longbeards. Blitzers also for dwarfs/elfs. However a dancer or union blitzer takes 2 slots instead of 1. Flings can replace linos, but no elves or dwarfs here. Treeman replaces the ogre (as ogres arent a lawful race). Throwers to runners or elven throwers. However humans must always be the predominant race of your roster . If this changes due to deaths/retirements you can only buy humans until the situation is rectified.
I will go further with the 'honorable' skill in that it means you cant take direct damage dealing skills or items. So no dp or mb. This helps negate the potential of a large S access starting team and keeps it fluffy. These guys were the nice guys of blood bowl. |

I think a Lawful Pact team would just end up like Tilea in Secret League |

Yes this has already been done - if you read the fluff Tilea in SL were designed as a good guy version of Pact. |

The team is too powerful as it stands even without the new skill. Putting 5 guys with ST access and 4 of them with block on a team with several elves is not a good idea.
The Honorable skill makes matters even worse. Maybe if you removed the reroll part and added a +1 modifier to opposing players trying to dodge out of an Honorable players TZ it could work?
The way forward is probably to go with 0-1 on positionals like suggested. Then you could probably ad a few more - like an ogre, a high elf, an amazon and/or a norse or something like that. |

If its good pact surely it should be:
0-12 human linemen
0-1 Treeman
0-4 Dwarf blocker (compenstate for the lack of 3 big guys)
0-4 (Pro) Elf lineman
0-4 Halflings |
