Simple? what do you mean?

Well everybody starts at 0 as a base line. Every action that is a success is +1, every action that is a fail is a -1 and every action that is rerolled is counted twice.

If it was that simple then people doing loads of 5+/6+ rolls and failing could complain they were unlucky when they have lots of fails.

They are going to complain no matter what, so let them grief all they want. Very Happy

The "Luck" meter took difficulty of rolls into account. There's an outline of the math behind it here:

Well then you could use the Luck O meter as a teaching tool.

Example: You see this is what we call around here, Bad Blood Bowl. You see that Luck O meter thing up there, it reinforces for you the idea that you are playing bad Blood Bowl. Stop making 17 dodge outs on a 5+ every game, sir!!!

Very Happy Laughing

The issue that always arises from any discussion about a Luck O Meter is that it gets dragged down by guys with MD's in statistics.

Keep it simple, this is Blood Bowl, you make it to complex, well, my brain cannot handle it.

We could just replace it with a Nuffle-o-meter, which has a graphical representation of how many goats your opponent sacrificed more than you did!
