Sounds quite time consuming to get any team to high tv, but hey, sounds good for everybody who has a ton of spare time or just a lot of patience.
The box-trophy sounds better to me (and i don't even have time for that): Activating 5 such teams serves a similar purpose as your idea, without carrying the entire load of teams that exist.

Definitelly it took me around one year to get one team per race and some of them only played once or twice. Still, this has been my longer trend being active in FUMBL and this has been the reason to keep me coming back.

The problem I see with the BB trophie is thst as long as you lose a couple of matches, the interest go down a lot.

Once I simply created 24 teams, one for each race and played. As I played about three games a week, I ended up being uninterested as some teams were not played for like half a year.

A better version of this is to create a number of similar teams - then go through them until some desired goal is achieved (10 games, Legend status, 10 wins etc).
Then when around done with them, start another group of teams - and do the same. That way you'll circle all teams and get a better knowledge of the teams, as they are played closer to each other.
I did just this, and only need to finish Undead, Woodies and Skaven. My personal goal is to go legend with them all - but with only one version of the race, when possible (a few races might get stuck below 800 TV, and then its more or less impossible to activate in the box).
