I completely agree with you although I have not met those kind of coaches. I mean, it is stupid to log out to avoid a surf or to be late in general. Maybe blacklist them? Anyway, join a league and have fun :)

While I seem to be very lucky when it comes to opponents that I actually play against in the box, I have had quite a few draws where the other coach simply didn't show up. Once while being online, the other times they disappeared 1-2 minutes before the draw. And yes, it really drives me crazy, since I DO have rather narrow time slots and still have to make sure it's not getting too late. Losing 15-30 minutes (after a full draw often one with too few coaches follows) bugs me a lot.

@pythrr: Well, I have a similar situation: I don't know in advance if family will make it possible for me to play or not almost every evening. Once I know I can play, I want to play, within said narrow time slot. So, while I participate in majors and sometimes Scheduled SMACKs, I can't imaginge joining a league in addition right now. More than one scheduled match a week puts more stress to my family life than if grants me pleasure.

@Pythrr: Nowhere did he say he didn't have time to play. Rather he implied that, himself, along w/ others have limited time to play. Which is quite true. I can't figure out where you've gotten the idea he is complaining about others not having time either? If you agree to play a match whether in [R] or activate in [B], as per site rules, you are expected to immediately start your game as well as have the proper time available to play said game. What's your point?

As for him not having time to name his players, well they look like that have names to me. Not the most creative for sure, but in my experience there are quite a few higher level coaches who name players in the same fashion.

He is very right about his complaint. In recent times I've been having the same problem w/ newer coaches & it's very frustrating to me as well. I can't remember a time on fumbbl when this has happened so frequently. It's not good for the site. So in other words QFT dude OR maybe acutally read the post correctly. Rated 6 for spot on.

Agreed!! I think i made 5 tickets or so in the last couple of days due to people doing anything else than be ready for their B games they signed up for 5 minutes before...

Pythrr you must have serious issues... Most of my teams have named players so stop lying and telling bs about others. Twice i had a little more than an hour and i wanted a game. To cover all tv ranges i had to make a team in a minute... And twice they have been renamed. So first, it would really do you and the others well if you stop writing bs and second: why are you trying to make noise which leads away from the message, which you share as i have seen speccing you? As I see from the coments I am not the only one who thinks this way.
