SWL LV final game
There are moments that define why we do things, and this game defines why I play blood bowl...

It was an amazing end to an amazing season in an amazing league with some amazing coaches, and all things considered - I don't think we could have scripted a better ending.
At the end of the day, after 7 rounds of play - the eventual winner finished on 3/2/2, and I managed a meagre 2/2/3 in last spot. Not a great record over what is not a horrible record, but an amazing season to see all 8 coaches finish with less than a game between them; and every losing coach with a hard-luck tale that "could have been glory".
Thanks to Faulc, Bobs, Joekano, DrPoods, Balle2000, DrDiscoStu & one other for watching - I might play muted, but it was great to have a big number down the corner!!!
Special thanks to Irgy... I was cheering for you on the inside insofar as who I wanted to win the title, but unfortunately my team had other plans... See you next season in second division :P

So Annoying i beat the team that won the season and was still almost relegated. Awesome season folks so close and so down to the wire! To have the Team that could have come last be the team that could have finished first and decided by the last game of the season, thats BloodBowl!!!!!!

Amen. What an absolute stupendous season this turned out to be. Every single touchdown counted.
Just looked at it now and it turns out the trophy shifted hands 5 times during the last round. Kudos to you Chavo for playing for the result, despite already being relegated and cheering for Irgy to do the improbable.
I don't really feel a worthy champion this season, and was just lucky find myself in the endzone as the dust settled. I'm actually equally pleased to see the competition in SWL is stronger than ever.
PS: I recommend playing with spectator sounds - it was absolute mayhem on the stands as Eldril made THAT pass block interception at the end of T8. I think only Irgy saw that one coming.
