Secret League has made some rule changes -

1, Cash has reverted back to - 'counting towards TV' in the pre match inducement phase. This is the same rule change Christer has posted a news story about here

2, Secret League has also taken the decision to increase Expensive Mistakes base line to 150k, This means you can save up to 140 before having to make any EM rolls.

Rationale for the above changes
The reason I made the first change is because the 2016 edition pre match inducement phase has been reverted back to the way it was handled in CRP. This has been reported officially on the BB facebook page, and on the NAF website, so it was a no brainer. Especially since the 2016 rule change here was terrible, allowing TV leaders to gain even more advantage without it increasing their TV. So horray its gone :D

The 2nd decision I have made is one of the optional rules in 2016 - to adjust EM. Personally I believe the main rules should have started at 150k anyway. Not being able to save up to 200k relatively reliably is even worse in Secret League as there are a number of very expensive big guys/daemons that can play for your team and EM just hurt re-building too much.
